4 NON BLONDES - bigger, better, faster, more and then gone

What's Up... I remember this song when I was waching a tv music channel in the afternoon and the next day I went to the store music to buy this cd album. I like this song, simple song but nice to the listen.

The name of this band is 4 non blondes formed in 1989 in San Francisco, California by three friends of the Christa Hillhouse, Shaunna Hall and Wanda Day.

One day they saw the appearance of Linda Perry in one of her show which is held in their city,  and then they decided to invite Linda to join as a singer in their band.

Good decision, because Linda Perry is an amazing singer I have ever heard and also a great songwriter. 

In 1991 they signed with major label Interscope Records, which is a subsidiary of Universal Music Group. and then they became the opening band for the top rock band Primus at the Gavin Convention in the same year.

One year later, on October 13, 1992 they release  album "Bigger, Better, Faster, More", while preparing for "Bigger, Better, Faster, More" album, they have a problem with losing Wanda Day because it involved drugs and her position was replaced by Dawn Richardson. 
and then Shaunna Hall leave because of falling out with David Tickle their producer  and his position was replaced by Roger Rocha.

Album "Bigger, Better, Faster, More" success in the market through What's Up single and be platinum album award from RIAA (Recording Industry Assosiation of  America) for selling over one million copies worldwide. single What's Up be number one song in many countries.

"Bigger, Better, Faster, More" become the only  one album had success from 4 Non Blondes, because after that 4 non blondes broke up in late 1994, due to internal conflicts among personnel in the band.

Linda Perry chose to go solo as a singer, also wrote songs for singers with big names such as Pink, Courtney Love, Gwen Stefani, Kelly Clarkson and more
